These services help operate Sonelier. Providers may process information outside Québec and Canada and have their own retention and legal obligations.
Captions, translation and voice with OpenAI
Processes host audio, broadcast text and supplied scripts. We do not request stored live-session recordings. OpenAI’s standard API terms exclude model training unless data sharing is enabled; security records may generally remain for up to 30 days, subject to exceptions.
Sign-in with WorkOS
Processes account, profile and organization information to authenticate users and manage access.
Payments with Stripe
Processes payment and billing details, subscriptions, invoices and usage charges. Sonelier receives billing status and limited payment-method information. Stripe also keeps records for its own payment-security and legal responsibilities.
Storage with Supabase
Stores account and room information, scripts, captions, translations, billing references and consent records. Sonelier’s primary database is in the United States.
Error reporting with Sentry
Processes filtered technical reports to help diagnose faults. We exclude audio, captions, scripts and credentials from these reports and do not use session replay.
Website and email with Cloudflare and Apple iCloud
Cloudflare processes website traffic to deliver and protect the service. Apple iCloud processes messages, sender details and attachments sent to our support and privacy addresses.
Optional AI providers
When enabled, ElevenLabs processes audio for transcription or text for synthetic speech, Google Gemini processes text for synthetic speech, and TypeSafe AI processes live transcripts, script excerpts, captions and translations to follow the script and filter profanity.
